Think and
Grow Rich
Napoleon Hill
Mindset & ambitionThe work, the family, the beach chapters, the Vegas chapter. It all connects. And it started with a kid who really wanted to know what the computer could do.
Let me take you back

While other kids were doing their thing, I was reading big programming books and building things in Visual Basic 3.0. AOL was my playground.
I found a quirk in the way AOL handled <h1> tags in instant messages. It could freeze the client and knock someone offline. Some of what I built back then were “punters.” Teenage me thought figuring that out was pretty exciting.
The mischief stayed in that chapter. The urge to understand how things work came with me. These days, I put it toward finding the issue, helping someone out, or making a workflow better—with permission and a good reason.
At 21, I started getting into personal development. I wanted to understand leadership, sales, marketing, mindset, and why people do what they do. More than a thousand books later, I’m still at it.
A few favorites keep coming up: Think and Grow Rich, Psycho-Cybernetics, and How to Win Friends and Influence People. I also enjoy Neville Goddard and exploring how I can make the most of this life while I’m here.
I like learning something, trying it in real life, and reflecting on what happened. A good idea gets a lot more interesting when I can put it to work.

Imagination & possibility
At DS Domination, I built and managed an organization of more than 2,000 independent representatives. At The Goins Group, I went from sales to the CMO seat, working on funnels that brought in enough book orders to give fulfillment a very busy day.
Those experiences brought the technical side and the people side together. A good funnel needs to work for the customer. A good plan needs people who understand it. And more sales affect the business after checkout, too.
Since 2017, ClickMagick has been a huge part of that story. As a partner and Head of Support, I help customers make sense of complicated setups, lead our support team, and work with developers to get issues resolved.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked from home. For years, that also meant sharing a home with three children who were being homeschooled. They’re in school now, but those years taught me a lot about focus, flexibility, and being present.
I work in Pomodoros and give the high-priority tasks my best attention first. That structure helps me do good work and make room for the people I’m doing it all for.
And staying sharp takes more than a calendar. I train five or six times a week, eat well, pay attention to gut health and mental health, and make time to read, practice, and reflect. Mushroom coffee usually makes an appearance somewhere in there.

Topsail Island. Oak Island. Myrtle Beach. Puerto Rico. Beach life has been a recurring theme for our family, and I’m glad we got to experience it.
We’ve also driven across the country three times as a family. That’s a lot of miles and a lot of shared memories.
These days, we’re in Las Vegas. A very different pace. A lot more lights. And a few experiences I definitely didn’t have on my bingo card.
I’ve even worked as a movie background actor, appearing in scenes with Seth Rogen, Bryan Cranston, Vince Vaughn, and Al Pacino. A pretty fun detour from the usual open tabs.

AI has made this a really exciting time to build. Tarotmantic is a working product I built end to end with AI. Mildly Offensive Tees started as a way to get real data for ClickMagick demos, and I’m now giving it a fresh chapter.
I have agents helping move projects forward, and I’m constantly finding better ways to work. I bring the direction, the experience, and the questions. AI helps me do more with them.
There’s still plenty I want to learn. That’s part of the fun.
