At ClickMagick, I’ve helped thousands of companies work through tracking, attribution, and the occasional “why on earth is it doing that?”

There’s a person on the other side of that ticket.
Some customers are brand new to tracking. Others know their way around the code. Either way, they want someone who understands what they’re trying to do and can help them get there.
I handle customer questions, calls, and technical escalations. Sometimes the answer is straightforward. Sometimes I’m reading a payload, checking the docs, and asking another question because the first explanation doesn’t quite fit.
I make the developer’s job easier.
When I bring an issue to development, I bring the context with it: what happened, why it matters, the evidence, and a useful recommendation. That saves back-and-forth and helps the team spend its time on the right fix.
I look after the team, too.
I lead our support team, with experience in hiring, reviews, and mentoring. I also look for recurring issues we can turn into better documentation, processes, or product improvements.
And yes, I’m a marketer.
I’ve worked with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, X Ads, and ChatGPT Ads. Understanding the campaign and the business behind it makes the technical work a lot more useful.

A setup check turned into a Stripe investigation.
I noticed two different account names in payment requests, followed the trail, and gave development the context it needed to address the mismatch. Then I kept the customer in the loop.
AI’s part of my day. So is asking, “Is that right?”
It helps me research, organize, and improve my workflow. My experience tells me what to check. I still own the explanation, the handoff, and making sure the customer knows what’s happening.
